1. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Certain items may not be eligible for a refund due to hygiene or safety reasons, such as resistance bands, yoga mats, and wearable fitness trackers.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund:

Our team will provide instructions for returning the product.
Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
4. Exchanges and Replacements
If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Some items are exempt from refunds, including:
Items marked as final sale
Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
Gift cards

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, check your payment account first.
